Contribute to bh one!

We would love to hear from anyone who is interested in contributing reviews to bh one. Any reviews are welcome, as long as they have a connection with the local music scene. We are seeking anyone who is passionate and enthusiastic about music, and is able to write honestly and creatively about bands in the Bournemouth and Poole area.

We are also happy for local musicians/singers to review other local artists as long as the review has a positive tone. We would like to avoid any potential for negative vibes between bands, so only favourable reviews will be published. We would also love to receive reviews from local artists about out of town bands who you have seen or heard. If there is an artist who you are passionate about and would love to write about - send your words to us!

The primary reason for bh one's existence is to promote the local music scene. We encourage all artists to use this to your advantage by letting us know if you have any news about your band which you would like us to feature. If your band/venue is not featured on the links page, or if your band has a new website or MySpace, let us know so that we can update the information.

We also encourage all bands, venues and promoters to contact us regarding gig listings, and to let us know if any contact information needs to be updated. We want this site to be the first point of contact for anyone interested in the music scene within the bh postcode, and we would like bands and fans to get involved.

We are always open to your comments and feedback about content within bh one. If you have any ideas or suggestions on features you would like to see on the site, please let us know.
