Over the last few month’s we’ve been rather industrious with Honey Be Records, issuing our second and third releases courtesy of Matt Marr and Deltorers. Since the first time we saw Deltorers play live we loved ‘em. Three young guys kickin’ shit out of their instruments, we loved their energy, their passion and their music. Their debut EP captures that live sound brilliantly, and the band continues to blow audiences away with their live performances. Matt’s ‘lost classic’ Beach In The Fallin’ Rain just had to be released, written and recorded in 2005/06 the album simply blew us away – and still does so to this day. With his follow up set for release later this year, we urge any lovers of ‘heartbreak’ albums, or simply lovers of gut-wrenchingly honest and beautiful songwriting to give this album a listen. As a build up to the release of The Sables’ second album later this year, they have just announced that they will be making available a number of free downloads. These will be available on their website and available right now is the Pilgrim Man EP including the hit single ‘Baby You Don’t Know’ …soon to come will be the YAAARD remix of ‘After The Rain’ – which is amazing.
